Registration information is not intended for sale or unrelated marketing. Access should be limited to people responsible for administering the program and retained only as long as reasonably required for those purposes or applicable record-keeping obligations.
Do not include medical details or other sensitive information in the general notes field. If you need to correct or withdraw information, contact the program through the same channel used for your registration follow-up.
