What the program is and is not

Instruction, not intimidation.

  • Structured instruction for adult beginners—not an open skate or drop-in game.
  • Progressive and supportive—not a tryout or competition for roster spots.
  • Designed to build safe habits and confidence—not force everyone to progress at the same speed.
  • Co-ed and inclusive, with respectful conduct expected from every participant.
  • Non-contact instruction, with controlled game play matched to the group.
